Pakistan bans YouTube and Facebook in crackdown on ‘Draw Muhammad Day’

Hundreds of people have gone out in the streets in Pakistan’s major cities in support of the government’s crackdown on ’sacrilegious’ Internet content. Access to YouTube and Facebook has been blocked in the country amid anger over a Facebook page which posted Prophet Muhammad images.
